If the product is still under warranty, customers can request repair for the same product or its parts. However, damages resulting from usage, incorrect DIY installation, accidents, improper cleaning, natural causes, or negligence won't qualify for replacement or repair. If the product doesn't match the size or design as shown on the website (colors may vary due to different screen calibrations and resolutions), customers can request an Exchange / Credit Voucher / Refund within 7 days from the purchase date if reported. Please note that slight variations in color due to screen calibrations and resolutions are possible when the received product doesn't exactly match the shown dimensions or design on our website. However, if the inconsistency goes beyond this, customers have the option to request an exchange, credit voucher, or refund. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days from the purchase date and work with us to find a speedy resolution that satisfies you.
